The Brand Ambassador will work as part of a team responsible for providing customer service and maintaining merchandising standards across multiple SPARC brands, including Nautica and Lucky Brand, within our wholesale accounts. This is a part-time role averaging 20-29 hours per week.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional customer service.
• Utilize product knowledge to provide wardrobe styling tips to build perfect outfits.
• Assist with operational tasks such as filling in and recovering the floor, maintaining visual standards, and floor resets.
• Work with a team to ensure coverage across multiple families of business.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to deliver a high level of service in a fast-paced store environment.
• Must have consistent access to internet to correspond via email/text.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Commitment to arrive for scheduled shifts on time and maintain consistent attendance.
• Standing/walking required for entire work shift.
• Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and move product/fixtures as needed.
