STOCK MANAGER - Armani Exchange Outlet Citadel

Description of Responsibilities:

  • To support the selling function of the store by managing the areas of shipping/receiving, inventory control, point-of-sale, building maintenance, store operations and Loss/Prevention in order to support the overall store retail needs,
  • To insure that all policies, procedures and operational directives are enforced consistently and effective
  • To ensure that each associate is fully trained in all operational areas and shipping and receiving
  • Understand, abide by and enforce all policies and procedures as outlined in the Store Operations Manual


  • Supervise and insure completion of all inventories and cycle count preparation
  • Facilitate the corporate directives in regards to inventories and cycle counts
  • Supervise the inventory and cycle count processes
  • Insure all management staff are aware of their responsibilities and duties towards inventory and cycle counts
  • Manage the reconciliation process for inventories and cycle counts

Loss Prevention

  • Collaborate with and support Loss/Prevention department in all areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, inventory management, inter-store communication and L/P audits


  • Manage, insure training of and develop the shipping/receiving staff
  • Insure all staff are aware of and abide by shipping/receiving policies and procedures
  • Computer proficiency¬†<x{(}>(MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • 2 years in related retail setting with emphasis on operations, store management and Shipping and Receiving
