JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview: 


The Sales Supervisor will be responsible to drive the Armani shopping experience, guide and train a sales staff that is dedicated to driving the business 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop, guide and train a sales staff that is dedicated to driving the business
  • Drive the Client Engagement
  • Achieve and surpass goals
  • Insure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times
  • Insure all merchandise is handled appropriately and inventory is accounted for and monitored
  • Insure that the department collaborates with all other departments to insure smooth operation of department
  • Insure that all company policies, procedures and directives are enforced consistently and effectively

Merchandising

  • Manages a collection within the store to ensure strong sales results are being driven through the successful implementation of all company merchandising guidelines.
  • Utilizes analytical skills in order to make strategic merchandising moves on a weekly basis, based off of business reports and sellthrough.
  • Ensures replenishment systems are followed and the store standard expectations are consistently met.

Operations

  • Works in conjunction with General Manager in managing all areas of the daily operations of the store.
  • Effectively manages payroll and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Assists in developing weekly work schedules as well as scheduling meal and break periods.
  • Ensures that the sales floor is adequately staffed and supervised.
  • Ensures all paperwork is completed promptly with attention to detail.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in the retail industry
  • Sales Background
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Lotus Notes
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written
  • Able to speak effectively in interpersonal situations
  • Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and 
    organizational abilities
  • College degree or equivalent
