Position OverviewTo demonstrate a true passion and respect for the RL customer, product and environment through acting as a brand ambassador. Consistently meeting business objectives through delivering the RL Experience.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesBuild a rapport with the customer, identify their needs to Connect, Convert and Conclude the transaction through delivering the RL Experience To consistently achieve a personal sales objective Promote teamwork through contribution to a team sales objective Exhibit pride through a positive demeanor, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the RL expectations Create and foster a database of customers through the company clientelling tool To respect and adhere to the company Asset Protection policies at all times Efficiently process till sales transactions, holds, gift card sales, special orders, exchanges, refunds, credit vouchers and alterations Deliver a memorable fitting rooms experience whilst following all policies and procedures for fitting room service Ensure ease of the customer shopping experience through product presentation and overall store maintenance Actively participate in all merchandising activities including but not limited to: daily stock maintenance, replenishment ,product transfers, folding and floor changeovers in line RL standards Communicate product and customer feedback to managers
Experience, Skills & KnowledgeMinimum of 1 year experience in a service industry Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Be action orientated and solution driven to achieve results A desire to build relationships and promote team work
