The Sales Associate is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand. The Sales Associate will be a team player by supporting the team as needed and delivering the highest standards of client experience.
Welcoming, listening to customer’s needs and orienting them within the store.
Provides the best service, assisting the store team and clients through the selling ceremony.
Providing support to the team while clients try product on.
Serving as a liaison between the sales team and the clients.
Interacting with customers to ensure client satisfaction.
Packing and providing support during checkout.
Ensure customer’s needs are surpassed without hesitation.
Maintain positive outlook and professional demeanor while supporting company initiatives and the team.
Promotes positive working environment through effective communication amongst peers, Management, and Corporate office.
Support colleagues with product replenishment and stock activities, and administrative activities to ensure store efficiency.
Ensure that products are ready for sale by following visual guidelines.
Minimum 1 years of Retail or Hospitality experience; luxury a plus
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and Customer priorities
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
Proficient computer skills
