Job Title: Regional Manager- EC (NY, NJ, PA, VA, FL)

Profile: The role of the Regional Manager is to supervise all personnel, operational functions, and business processes and results for Wolford America, Inc. Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies, represent a global point of view; develop and implement new methods and or processes for driving sales and profit; build and sustain relationships within Corporate headquarters and Austria as applicable.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner and maintain a constant line of communication with Director of Retail
  • Ensure proper channels of communication exist with headquarters
  • Oversee all functions of own store
  • Travel to all assigned locations as defined
  • Meet/exceed turnover and KPI targets
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring and training of qualified staff that compliment company culture
  • Manager Staff planning
  • Attend and partake in seasonal buys
  • Coordinate new store opening and or closings
  • Audit stores operational procedures and paperwork to ensure compliance with company expectations and guidelines including but not limited to company policies and standards (i.e. Safekeeping of company property and funds, personnel practices, sales and record-keeping procedures, inventory, shipping and receiving, and overall maintenance of the store)
  • Audit operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures, monitor store profitability and manage payroll budgets
  • Work on regional marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Ensure merchandising standards are executed
  • Partner with Director of Retail to ensure company policies and training guidelines are being upheld and that employee relations issues are reported and resolved in a timely manner
