PART TIME SUPERVISOR KEY HOLDER

OVERVIEW

Original Penguin  is searching for Supervisor  who can create an engaging shopping experience for our stylish customers. Responsibilities vary from;ensuring customer satisfaction, merchandising, replenishing of sales floor, coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.


DUTIES &  RESPONSIBILITIES:
     * Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
     * Receive complaints and resolve problems
     * Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
     * Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
     * Interacts with customers in a courteous, friendly manner (e.g., maintains eye contact, smiles).
     * Consistently greets customers in a prompt, friendly, and welcoming manner.
     * Demonstrates product knowledge and fashion trends when speaking with customers to consult shopper and drive sales (e.g., knowledgeable about product).
     * Consistently productive throughout entire shift (e.g., effectively uses idle time to replenish product,maintain visual displays, engage with customers, etc.).
     * Consistently reports to work on time.
     * Works with sense of urgency
     * Self motivated to drive and achieve (e,g., is motivated by goals, takes initiative).
     * Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

 

REQUIREMENTS:
     * Ability to perform effective selling techniques.
     * Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
     * Strong verbal and written skills
     * Ability to lift 30Ibs merchandise onto the  stockroom shelving which may require use of a ladder or step stool
     * Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
     * Customer service oriented. (outgoing, friendly, and personable with positive attitude .
     * The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
